Zeluda - Return & Refund Policy
At Zeluda, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Below is our Return & Refund Policy which contains the guidelines for returning products to us.
Return authorization:
Due to the unique and limited availability of our items, some products are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. For other items that are not unique and limited, we accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging. However, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.
Damaged or faulty items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or faulty item and will be happy to replace it for you.
Incorrect orders:
In the event that you receive an incorrect item in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to arrange a return and issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Non-returnable items:
For the protection and well-being of all our customers, certain items are excluded from return for hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, care products, cosmetics, underwear and all products that come into direct contact with the skin or body. Please check the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refund process:
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel and receive a refund. Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
